1.Full Transferring Foil |
The full transferring foil are made from base film (polyester) and coated with polyurethane elastomer to form the layer structure, It can be hot pressed with PVC、PU or natural leathers and get good toughness,adhesion resistance.Layer structure (the total thickness of film is about 22± 1μ,PET Film 16μ (0.016mm)Thermal stability of base.film temperature of hot pressing PVC leather 100~140℃,PU leather 110~150℃
(1) The different composition of PVC、PU leather will cause different conditions in temperature and speed according to customers requirement.
(2) If precoated a layer by UK-813 resin to make a media,it can
prevent surface defect and obtain high gloss appearance.
(3) The natural leather must be pretreated with UK-813 and UL-502 to prevent the surface defect and gain adhesion improvement.
(4). The wetting volume is about 7~12g/㎡ For UK-813, may use
100~160Q/C㎡finishing roller, and considering about the lamination and
afterward cooling effect, regular producing speed is 5~10M/Min, oven
temperature is 60~80℃
(5) PET Releasing: a. For machinery with good cooling effect, PET can be released after lamination. b. If the cooling effect is poorer, it’s better to put under 25℃, wait for at least 24 hours for curring, then release PET.

2.OP Full Transferring Foil |
High Gloss、Overprintable、High Quality
A. Description: Overprintable Full Transferring Foil uses PET Film as its basic material, and PU resin as its main structure (transferring main film), apply with heat compression, then laminate to TPU sheet, PVC, PU and real leather foil (will improve the print function and bonding strength of the product).
B. General Specification:16μ x 1400m/m ∼ 1540m/m x 1000M
C. Processing Condition:Heat resistance for the film: 140℃/1 min (oven heat) Transferring temperature: 60~120℃
1. Printable Metallic Foils: For to use on PVC, PU and TPU, please put on an extra layer of adhesive on the back side of foil to enhance the bonding strength.
2. Our adhesive, UK813+CL 502, is the ideal adhesive for laminating our metallic foil.
3. Our laboratory test result indicate that to put the adhesive on the foil side is better than put on the object, please test it before use.
4. Different substrate has different composition that will effect the laminating condition, PVC foil, PVC leather and TPU can be heat laminate directly.
D. The working condition of protection covering resin on foil, GN-915A, :
Use 100-150 mesh (about 7~12g/m2) gravure cylinder to finish on foil and dry
at 60~100oC x 20 seconds.
E. The working condition of laminating adhesive, UK813+CL 502 :
Use 100 mesh (about 2g/m2) gravure cylinder to finish on the back of foil
and dry at 100oC x 20 seconds. |
3.H.A.Full Transferring Foil

1. Description:TAR Full Transferring Foil uses PET Film as its basic material, and PU resin as its main structure (transferring main film), apply with heat compression, then laminate to PU and Natural leather foil.The TAR Full Transferring Foil is good in tensibility, abrasion.
2. General Specification:16μ x 1400m/m x 1000M
3. Processing Condition:Heat resistance for the film: 80℃/1 min (oven heat) nsferring temperature: 70℃ for PU and Natural leather. Actual compression is about 10~20kg when the transferring foil is laminated to the leather foil.
(1). Different type of PVC, PU leather or different processing machinery shall affect the set temperature and speed.
(2). The natural leather and PU must be pretreated with UK-813 and UL-502 to prevent the surface defect and gain adhesion improvement.
(3). The wetting volume is about 8~12g/㎡ For UK-813, may use 100~150Q/C㎡finishing roller, and considering about the lamination and afterward cooling effect, regular producing speed is 5~15M/Min, oven temperature is 50~60℃.
(4) PET Releasing: a. For machinery with good cooling effect, PET can be released after lamination. b. If the cooling effect is poorer, it’s better to put under 25℃,
wait for at least 24 hours for curring, then release PET.

4.H.N. Full Transferring Foil |
High Gloss、No Whitening When Folded、High Quality
1. Description:H. N. Full Transferring Foil uses PET Film as its basic material, and PU resin as its main structure (transferring main film), apply with heat compression, then laminate to general fabrics, PVC, PU and real leather foil.The H.N. Full Transferring Foil is good in tensibility, abrasion, non-whitening when folded.
2. General Specification:16μ x 1400m/m ∼ 1540m/m x 1000M
3. Processing Condition:Heat resistance for the film: 140℃/1 min (oven heat)
Transferring temperature: 110~130℃ for PVC and PU foil. Actual compression is about 10~20kg when the transferring foil is laminated to the leather foil.

adhesion improvement.
